For our client, a globally leading technology company with a strong focus on telecommunications, IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, digital technologies and smart devices, we are currently looking for an HR Assistant (m/f/d).

The company operates in numerous countries worldwide and is one of the best-known providers of network and communication technologies. Its portfolio includes telecommunications infrastructure, enterprise solutions, cloud services, smartphones and a wide range of other digital products and technologies.

Responsibilities

Support the HR team with day-to-day operational activities
Assist with various HR topics, including recruitment, employee benefits and general employee inquiries
Prepare and maintain HR reports and relevant employee data
Support the organization of employee events
Contribute to HR projects and the continuous improvement of HR processes and internal procedures

Attractive annual gross salary, depending on qualifications and experience
Fixed-term employment contract with Adecco for an initial assignment of 18 months; a follow-up assignment in another business unit may be possible afterwards

Your Profile

University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a comparable field
At least 2 years of professional experience in HR
Strong communication skills and a structured, reliable way of working
Very good written and spoken English and Chinese
German language skills are a plus
