Einleitung
Are you looking to use your Polish language skills professionally while taking on responsibility in credit control ? As a Credit Control Specialist with Polish (m/f/d) in Sembach , you will manage your own portfolio of Polish customers and ensure that outstanding payments are followed up reliably. You will work closely with various departments within an internationally operating company.
Responsibilities
- You monitor outstanding customer accounts, assess overdue receivables and set appropriate priorities
- You communicate with Polish customers by phone and in writing and support them with outstanding payment matters
- You follow up on agreed payment dates and help ensure that receivables are reduced in a structured and sustainable manner
- You coordinate with Customer Service and Credit Control regarding discrepancies, blocked orders and critical customer cases
- You document your activities and prepare relevant information on receivables, payment developments and risks

Your Profile
- You are fluent in Polish and have good English skills for international collaboration
- You have previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, financial administration or collections
- You communicate confidently and can remain professional and assertive when dealing with sensitive payment matters
- You are confident using Excel and enjoy analyzing figures, customer accounts and outstanding items
- You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and are able to keep track of multiple tasks at the same time
