Einleitung
As a Parts Advisor / Parts Warehouse Associate (m/f/d) in Frankfurt, you will support the team with warehouse operations, parts management and goods receiving. You will help ensure that the parts warehouse is well organized and that technicians have the required parts available on time.
Responsibilities
- Inspect parts, goods and inventory and ensure accurate documentation and system entries
- Handle goods receiving, storage, inventory checks and returned/warranty parts
- Maintain order, cleanliness and organization in the warehouse according to the standards
- Pick up, deliver and provide vehicle parts for the technician team, using a van or forklift where required
- Work closely with technicians, the Service Center and internal departments, reporting and escalating any discrepancies or issues

- €40,517 gross annual salary
- Fixed-term contract for 6 months
- Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Your Profile
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory management or the automotive industry is an advantage
- Reliable, hands-on and well-organized approach to work
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new systems, processes and automotive technologies
- Good digital skills and basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good German and English skills
- Valid driving license (Class B) and a safe, responsible driving style
- Forklift license is an advantage, but not mandatory
