Do you enjoy B2B sales , value direct customer contact, and want to actively develop your own sales territory? As an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) in North Rhine-Westphalia , you will take responsibility for your region, acquire new customers, and strategically develop existing business relationships. This role offers a varied sales environment with a high degree of independence, direct customer interaction, and the opportunity to have a tangible impact on regional growth.

Responsibilities

You actively acquire new customers, build relationships, and turn initial contacts into long-term business partnerships
You maintain personal relationships with existing customers, identify revenue opportunities, and develop them strategically
You independently plan customer appointments and regularly meet customers in person within your sales territory
You present relevant products, new launches, and seasonal offers and develop customer-focused solutions
You manage your activities using the CRM system, monitor market and competitor developments, and keep track of your sales targets and KPIs

Your Profile

You have 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales
You have a strong hunter mindset, enjoy approaching new customers, and are motivated by closing deals
You have excellent negotiation skills, strong communication abilities, and a confident presence when dealing with customers
You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner, and are capable of successfully managing your own sales territory
You have very good German and English skills (minimum C1), a valid driver's license, and are willing to travel regularly within the region
